Where to start

What do you want to achieve?

One journey to understand, build and lead work done by people and AI agents together.

The destination

Human-Agent Orchestrator

Understand, build, govern and orchestrate work done by people, AI agents and software together.

How to choose

  1. Pick the modules that match a need you have today.
  2. Read the objectives and the everyday example on each module page.
  3. Agree your starting point with us, taking the prerequisites into account.

You can ask about any module. The practical work builds on the earlier modules, so the order matters.

Foundations first

Each idea arrives when the ground under it is ready.

One concept, one home

Every concept is taught in one module. The others build on it.

Visible engineering

Context, evidence, tools and failures stay in plain view.

The journey

Eleven modules, in order

Open any module to see its topics, an everyday example and the first thing you will apply.

How each module works

Deliverable · Practice · Evidence

Every module follows the same three steps, so you leave with something real and a way to check it.

1 · Deliverable

You make something you will use

Each module ends with your first application: a short brief about your own task, filled in with your real work.

2 · Practice

You try it on a real task

Each 2-hour session: two 45-minute blocks, two 5-minute breaks and 20 minutes of questions. The technical modules run in a guided lab.

3 · Evidence

You check it against criteria

You set the criteria before you start, review the result against them and keep a record of what changed.

Questions about the Academy

Do I need to know how to code?

No. F00 needs no technical background. The later modules use technical tools, and the lab sessions guide you through them.

Do I have to take all 11 modules?

No. You can ask about any module. Each one builds on the earlier ones, so we agree your starting point with you based on the prerequisites listed on its page.

Where should I start?

If AI is new in your work, start with F00. If you already use AI every day, read the prerequisites on each module page and pick the first one you cannot yet do on your own.

How are the sessions run?

Each 2-hour session: two 45-minute blocks, two 5-minute breaks and 20 minutes of questions. The full journey adds up to 51 sessions and 102 hours.

Can my team take it together?

Yes. Formats for teams are available on request. Tell us what your team needs to do and we will suggest the modules that fit.

What will I have at the end of a module?

Your first application for that module, worked on your own task, plus the templates and checklists planned for its classes.
