Module 03 · L02 · Work with clarity

Ask better. Get better results.

Learn to guide AI towards responses that are more useful and easier to check.

Working With AI10 hours5 sessions of 2 hours

The topics, in plain language

  1. 01

    Prompt: a well-defined request

State what needs to be done, for whom, within which limits and in what format.

  2. 02

Context: what AI needs to know

Give it the references, facts and earlier decisions it needs, so the answer fits your case.

  3. 03

    Quick commands

Shortcuts for actions you repeat often, in tools that support them.

  4. 04

    Plan before executing

Break a large request into steps you can follow and adjust.

  5. 05

    Verify the response

Check information, criteria and gaps before using the result.

Why it matters

An answer can look good and still miss what you needed. You learn to define the request, give references and check the result against criteria you set first.

What you will be able to do

  • Write a request with an objective, context and format.
  • Break a task into steps with review points.
  • Assess a deliverable against criteria set before execution.

An everyday example

Ask for a sales proposal. Include the customer profile, their needs, the constraints and the structure you expect. Then check whether it actually solves their problem.

How to apply it

  1. Turn a generic request into a complete instruction.
  2. Ask for a plan and adjust the steps before production.
  3. Compare the output against three quality criteria.

Your first application

Fill in the blanks with your own work. This is the deliverable you take out of the module.
