Your watch history, turned into a library
Years of watching YouTube leave you with something valuable and completely unusable: a history of thousands of videos and channels with no structure, no search and no way back to the things worth seeing again.
YouTube Curadoria is a local-first pipeline and web app that turns a raw YouTube data export into a curated, searchable library: thousands of channels classified into a clean hierarchy, with a 'watch again' ranking. Everything runs on your machine; zero data leaves it.
Status Built and working. The demonstration here uses synthetic data.

The problem
A decade of watch history is a personal library with no index. The platform optimises what you'll watch next, not what you already found valuable and lost.
How it works
- 01
Works from the data export you request from YouTube. That file is the only input.
- 02
Classifies channels into a clean hierarchy and makes the whole history searchable.
- 03
Ranks what deserves a second watch, from your own behaviour.
- 04
Local-first by design: processing happens on your machine, and the data stays there.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't connect to your YouTube account and doesn't scrape anything. It only reads the export file you give it.
- It doesn't send your history anywhere: no cloud, no telemetry on your data.
- It doesn't recommend new content. It curates what you already watched.
Questions
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. The pipeline runs locally and your history stays on your machine. The product was built around that constraint.
What do I need to use it?
Your YouTube data export (Google lets you request it) and a machine to run the app on. No account connection, no API keys.
Why build this at all?
Because a watch history is years of curation you did without noticing. Turning it into a library recovers that work, and the patterns behind it apply to any messy archive, personal or corporate.
Put agents to work on a real problem, with your people in charge.
Bring us one process you want off your team's plate. We'll tell you if coordinated agents fit it, and what it takes to run them at a standard you can sign off on. Validating is cheaper than building, so that's where we start.
